Support

So you think you need some of JPrise's wonderful, enthusiastic, quality gurus to bail you out of the fix you gotten yourself in eh? OK well here's the deal, you can contact us via our free email feedback as described below, or if you are in a hurry, you can contact one of our gurus via phone. But you got to call on your own nickel and we may charge a few nickels more for our time. If you are having some problem due to a fault of ours, we won't charge you, nor will we charge while we are in Alpha and Beta testing of our first release of JPriseMerge. Otherwise we will ask that you reimburse our guru at a prorated rate of $40 per hour. Does that sound fair? Please please please call us during normal working hours, 8:00AM to 5:00PM Mon-Fri West Coast USA Pacific time (GMT - 8 hours) as our gurus do have a life of their own and got to sleep sometime!

Feedback

A fundamental philosophy here at JPrise Inc. is that we actively wish for and solicit feedback from our users and clients. This is the best way for us to improve our products and services. Without your comments and suggestions we cannot grow and improve. So whether you are feeling positive, negative, or just in a weird funky mood by all means tell us what your wetware has computed. Depending on our processing load, we will try to respond if you leave us your email address. (And we promise, cross our hearts and hope to die, not to use any email addresses gathered here for spam purposes, you must actively decide to join our email discussion group below if you want to receive our announcements.)

OK, hopefully we soothed your fears a bit, below are a couple of methods for contacting JPrise Inc about JPriseMerge.

Join an email discusson goup.

You are welcome to join our discussion group where you can talk to other users and with our gurus here a JPrise who monitor the group. This is the only place where JPrise Inc will send out announcements about our products and services. We hate spam as much as you do, so will keep such announcements to an absolute minimum.

  • Link to be set up when this group is formed.

Email us using your own mail handler.

We don't wish to include a link to our email address as that just makes it easy for spammers to overwhelm us with all their wonderful offers. So you will have to launch your email handler and then use the address below. Sorry about this, but we got to live in the real world also and would much prefer to make this more convenient for you.

  • info@jprise.com

Email us using our handy dandy web form.

You can compose your thoughts in our web form below and click on the Send Message button when ready. The Javascript code behind this will then try and invoke your email handler and load it up with your thoughts so you can do further interesting things like run a spell checker on it, and save a copy of what you sent. We understand this is a shortcoming of a lot of web based forms and it may not work for you, so if not we apologize but at least we tried! Have fun with our form and we will not be judgmental about your spelling!.
